Leeeeeet's EAT!!!
Maintaining your loved one’s ability to perform daily tasks is crucial. To support this, ensure that breakfast, lunch, and dinner occur at the same time, in the same location, and in the same seat whenever possible. Provide at least two snacks a day and consider serving three smaller meals. If your loved one enjoys dessert, include one daily as part of their routine. Meals don’t need to be large; the key is consistency and attention to daily nutritional needs, maintaining caloric intake, and supporting muscle, joint, bone, and organ health. Stay tuned for more helpful tips.

HELPFUL Way to Take a Shower
My favorite way to help an elderly loved one or patient get into the shower, especially if they have difficulty walking, is by using a tub transfer bench and shower chair. The sliding shower bench makes transfers from wheelchairs or walkers to the bath or shower much easier. It's perfect for elderly seniors, disabled individuals, those who are handicapped, or post-surgical patients. This bathtub seat can significantly reduce physical strain for both the user and the caregiver. Hope this helps! (Links Below)

Make Lab Work EASY!
Why walk into the lab and wait a long time for your blood work when you can make it easy by setting an appointment? First, call the lab to see if you can make an appointment over the phone or check their website. If you prefer to set the appointment online but aren't tech-savvy, ask a family member or friend for help. It's just that easy, and worth it!
